Application Process

1.
A completed application must be submitted for each adult (18 years of age or older) that will occupy the property.

2. A $60 non-refundable application fee is required for each applicant. The application fee is due at the time
the application is submitted. The payment must be in the form of a Cashier Check or Money Order.

3. The following items must be included with the application:

  • Application Deposit due 24 hours after approval (certified funds) payable to NRPM.
  • Copy of Driver's License for each adult.
  • Proof of Income - latest pay stub showing monthly income, bank deposit statement or letter from employer indication monthly pay. If self - employed, provide tax documents showing proof of income.
  • Privacy Policy form signed.
  • Qualifying Guidelines form signed.

4. We will process your application once the above is received. Processing the application should take 2-4 business days, or less. We will accept the best qualified applicant.

5. Upon approval, the deposit is due within 24 hours. You will have 72 hours to sign your lease. Pet deposits are due at lease signing. $50 administrative fee will be due upon lease signing.

6. Prior to lease signing, you must call the utility companies and have the utilities transferred into your name. We will need the account numbers on lease-signing day.

7. We require a full month's rent at lease signing. Any prorated rent is due on the first of the second month of your lease if applicable.

Lease Application


The following items must be included with the rental application:

  • Completed application (front and back) including all signatures and necessary phone numbers, such as previous landlord phone numbers and current home and work phone numbers.
  • $60 application fee in certified funds payable to NEIGHBORHOOD REALTY or NRPM for each adult must accompany the application.
  • Application deposit in certified funds due 24 hours after approval payable to NEIGHBORHOOD REALTY or NRPM.
  • Copy of Driver's License for each adult.
  • Proof of Income - your latest pay stub showing monthly income, bank deposit statement or letter from employer indicating monthly pay; if self-employed, provide tax documents showing proof of income.
  • Rental History verification from unbiased sources. If you are related to one of your previous landlords listed, or your rental history does not include at least two previous landlords, we may require a qualified Guarantor. If a Guarantor is needed, we will need a $60 application fee for the Guarantor, a completed Application by the Guarantor, a copy of the guarantor's driver's license and the guarantor's proof of income which should be six times the rent.
  • Sign the Privacy Policy for Personal Information form. See link below for copy of form.
  • Sign the Qualifying Guidelines form. See link below for copy.
  • Pet Information. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis, as determined by the property owner. We require a pet deposit of $300 per pet plus $15 monthly pet rent per pet. We also require either a picture of the pet or verification from your veterinarian indicating the breed and weight of the pet. Weight limit is 35 pounds and no aggressive breeds (German Shepherds, Doberman's, Pit Bulls, Chows, Rottweilers, German Sheppard's or mixed breeds of those mentioned above). Landlord reserves the right to increase the pet rent or pet deposit due to size or number of pets.
